Adolescence means "to grow up" which is a transitional stage of physical and psychological human development that generally occurs during the period from puberty to adulthood.
AEP-Adolescence Education Programme Workshop was organized on April 7, 2018, for the growing teenage group of grade VI to X by Dr. Sunita Khandelwal, Dr. Ritu and Dr. Anukur Jain. The sensitive aspects of a teenager's life highlighting the emotional aspects, problem with parents, psychological problems and many more were targeted.
Workshop on First Aid
Workshop on First Aid and Care was conducted on 25th August 2018 by Dr. Ritika Mathur where she shared the safety rules and importance of First Aid.
Self Defense Workshop
A workshop on self-defence was conducted in GPS for classes III to X . The objective of the workshop was to educate students in preventive and curative counter protective measures that can be taken in life-threatening situations. Mr Ram Dayal Madhukar ASI, Mahila Thana, Kota along with Ms Haseena (Constable) and Ms Poornima Vyas (Constable) were the resource persons for the event. Taekwando session afterwards kept the students entertained as they learnt the tricks of self defence
Worshop on Happiness Quotient "Love You Zindagi"
"Love you Zindagi" a workshop underscoring the need for students to Up their Happiness Quotient and loving the process of life by setting specific goals was conducted for classes VI-X.
It was conducted very successfully by JCI member and CA Mrs Kanika Rathi Jain.
